請支招，騙子來了，怎麽對付？

今天從一個TX的Contractor那裏收到一張2500刀的支票。以前從未和此公司有過任何聯係。甚至不知道有這麽個公司的存在，收到支票上網查才知道。不知為什麽郵支票給我。裏麵隻有一個小紙條。上麵寫道：
Dear Payee.
Fellow the further instruction below.....
Immediately you are in the receipt of this payment. You should contact payment verify department below for further instruction and for you to clarify the payment you received

[e-mail]

Failure to do so you will be hold responsible for any loss of money you will be hold responsible for that. Thanks........

頭一次遇上這種情況，覺得很可怕。好像被黑道上的人盯上了似的。可我這窮人也沒啥油水。為什麽衝我來了呢？這支票估計是假的。問題是我我應該怎麽處理這支票？要是置之不理會怎麽樣？
