這確實是一個好辦法。 但是如果生病在前，申請medicaid在後，medicaid可以cover申請之前的發生的醫療費用嗎？
我在紐約州medicaid網頁上發現如下條款。上麵說對於小孩，申請medicaid對財產無限額要求 （no resource limits)。幫我看看我理解的對不。
