因為素不相識才覺得是局外人，旁觀者清呀。
我開始是完全相信律師的。因為我日常生活很緊湊沒認真核對過賬單。昨天仔細看了賬單，發現他有兩比不相幹case的錢算在我的帳上了。有將近三千用在和同一個證人的電話上，但是他曾和我說過那個證人的證詞不適用本庭。接我的案綜有一年了，每次會麵都要從頭review，好像完全忘記了一樣。開始我覺得是淨業。現在我覺得他是不稱職。我的律師(he's attorney in criminal area) 朋友說他是respectful, 但並沒有說是稱職的律師。現在要換律師, retaining fee is $5000 on a start (This is the attorney the criminal attorney recommended), I've ran out of my juice, so I have not contacted this attorney yet. Really wanted to do it on my own, I've taken 2 weeks off to prepare for the final trial. What should I really worry about on the trial date?
