求助：小車禍，對方保險公司求訴小額法庭要求賠償

黃燈時我開車在大道直行，迎麵1輛車左拐，我車撞到對方車中間部位。交通法庭竟斷定是我的不對。事情過去了好久，我以為完事啦。我早已將車險信息告知對方保險公司，不知為何對方保險公司求訴小額法庭要求我賠償損失？我的保險公司已有聘律師，但為什麽還要我出庭hearing ? 究竟怎麽啦？1般我需要準備點什麽材料去hearing ？
