我太太開車吃了罰單和points. 請教辦法.

她開車穿過一個橋洞,然後右轉, 沒想到這條路的主線是不能右轉的, 警察給了罰單,
和三個points, 並說了兩遍” 你要是要把points 去掉就要到法院去,你也許要等上一年”, 好象還是很幫忙的樣子.
我太太回家細看, 罰單上說, 要是要去掉points, 你就必須refuse pay, 這樣法庭才可以按排Hearing , 還要讓警察和你見上一麵. 我太太並不想refuse, 也不想要Hearing, 隻想把point 去掉,可是就找不到別辦法. 罰單上也提到”辦學習班去掉points” 但那是要在hearing 之後.看看是一件小事, 可是那麽麻煩.
可不可以馬上認錯付罰金, 然後盡快去駕校去點?
