回複：being charged of intentionally damage other's property

Have you divorced? If not then you may have an argument that you believe those were yours, such that either you reasonably believed you had right to throw, or believed they were yours, i.e., not property of another.

If you are divorced, go argue the intent, that you were out of rage and there was no intent to damage.
