Thank you laomao, we are not officially divorced yet

both of us are preparing the divorce. And that's why she transfered out all the money in our joint account.

She's a very mean/strong, but somewhat stupid girl. I can easily obtain the evidence that she opened my mail and deposit the check with my name into our joint account without permission.
