剛與房主簽租約不久，要到明年3月才到期，因個人原因必須搬離。提前退出所租的apartment，需付多少罰金？謝謝先。。

一般寫在合同的啥什麽地方？？房主（公司）用的是標準Lease Agreements and Covenants
