2. The insurance company said the reason is "doctor is out net work". But when I called them and they checked their system found out my PCP is in network. I also contacted the hospital billing office, they verified that both my doctor and hospital are in net work.
3.I have received 3 bills from the hospital. I also called insurance company 3 times. Everytime after double checked the information, they agreed they made mistakes and agreed to pay the bill. But they just did not do anything.
4. I filed compain at BBB, BBB's mediator contacted with UHG, the agreed to response before 5/22/09. However, there was not response. Mediator called them, they said they were ACTIVELY working on it. But just no response.
I really do not know waht else can I do.
