Dear Lawyer：

我是一位口腔癌患者，2002年10月發現得癌，醫生說我的病發現的早，程度輕。03年1月作的手術，醫生信心百倍地說：手術很成功，不需要放療，化療。由於太過相信美國醫生的話，也就沒做放療，化療。 後來每隔一個月檢查一次。2004年3月，我明顯感到手術的地方不正常，要求做切片檢查（頭一次檢查時，醫生還說正常），結果是癌症又複發了。04年4月，做了第二次手術，這一次我強烈要求做放療，化療。直到現在5年多過去了，沒有複發。

因此我控告醫生理由是：
1，第一次手術沒有做幹淨，沒有進行放療，化療。有一些東西留在腦裏沒有全部拿出來。
2，在第二次手術後，放療化療的醫生在看片時說沒有做幹淨，因此還沒出醫院又做了一次手術。


我對律師的要求是：
1，能夠100%保證贏。
2，案情輸掉不收取任何費用。若案情贏，我將把我得到的15%至20%付給律師（我認為我的案情起碼能得到1百萬至2百萬的賠償）。
