無駕照出車禍

前天我哥開我的車在路上撞了前麵的兩輛車。我的車有單保險， 但我哥沒拿到駕照。 他考了筆試， 但兩次路試都沒考過。當時是他一人開車。撞車後， 警察也到場做了筆錄。因為我哥沒美國駕照， 他就給警察看了他的中國駕照（他來美已7個多月了。正在辦綠卡）。然後警察把我的保險公司的號碼給了被撞的兩輛車主就離開了。
我第二天打點話給我的保險代理人， 她說可能被撞的兩輛車主已打電話給我的保險公司了，我隻有等保險的人找我們了。
我真不知該怎麽辦。
我的保險公司會賠被撞的兩輛車嗎？
我哥無駕照出車禍會怎麽處罰？
請大家幫忙想辦法，看看怎麽辦。
