沒有任何reference的人你也敢雇啊?你當然可以告,但是沒什麽用.這號人被告多了,根本不怕,輸了也不還錢.電視上專門報道過這類人,不少人比你慘多了,十幾萬砸下去,房子拆的亂七八糟,從此人再也不來了.

希望你花費不太多,買個教訓吧.這在美國幾乎是常識,一定要reference.
