找麻醉師談這個牙的賠償，if he say no ,告訴他，不賠也可以(自己的牙不賠也得自己花錢治),I will file a complain
to BBB your State.
I had the time that they made my a teeth infecting,
I told the dentist same way above and then I got the retreatment.
It is to need much more money than your treatment if you ask for a lawer.
