I've been calling Franchise Tax Board many times for the past few days, I almost gave up, just go ahead pay it from my personal account, until finally I got a chance talked wit hone agent, he double checked and found out I paid the tax already, just little bit late, they did not apply the money to the tax season, so I don't have to pay, only bit penalty. Thank God.
