1. 找National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, 向他們尋求幫助. 他們的網址是:www.missingkids.com. 上麵有800電話. 他們能提供很多幫助.

2. 找the Statement Department, office of Children Issues. Here is the link: http://travel.state.gov/family/abduction/incoming/incoming_4173.html
不過中國不是Hague member, Statement Department 可能管不了. 但試一試總比什麽都不做好. 祝你朋友好運, 早日與孩子團聚!
