是綠燈時進入十字，對方一直有車，我隻有等，紅燈時

我都看見對方一LANE(一共2條LIAN)的車停了，這輛撞我的車我都不知是什麽時候來的，她對警察說我是從十字路口的左邊(相對她的位置)來的，顯然沒看見我是在對麵要左轉，所以我覺得她是超速闖紅燈。我是在紅燈後開始左轉被撞上的。
另外我的駕駛記錄很好，我的車保不報自己，自己修車得6000多，所以想上庭試試。請大家出主意，謝謝！！！
