懷孕5個月被公司laid off, 請問有什麽機構可以聯係或措施可以采取

來維護自己的權益? 不一定打算采取法律措施,但想了解相關信息...公司這樣做我失去了本來應有的一些權益,如FMLA leave, paid maternity leave...綠卡主申請人,到了最後一步,有可能功虧一簣,大著肚子又不好找工作...其它的困難如lose medical insurance before giving birth to the baby,house mortgage 還是其次...

現在向公司提出no-pay vacation公司似乎都不情願,請問我有什麽砝碼與公司談判,讓他們允許我take no-pay vacation, or FMLA leave, 這期間的benefit我也自己支付,也就是說對公司沒有任何傷害...
