我倒是也有別的選擇，但是他們的OFFER還是誘人---$5000 押金而且說FULLY take care of the house, any problem(water, electricity, mechanical), they take care of it; they will take care of the lawn using thier own gardner. 這一家看來其實很有錢，一再聲稱“MONEY IS NOT A ISSUE”，今天給我的以前(三年)報稅記錄(1040)和他們401K記錄，年收入在10萬以上，06年投資收益>10萬，401K裏頭有近20萬。

是不是 CHAPTER 13 也是可以玩的一個法律遊戲？
