求教：如果traffic ticket case, 去court輸掉，可以/值得appeal 嗎？

本地沒有駕駛學校之說。已經plead not guilty, set court date.

請問，如果法官不給dismiss, 我可以appeal 嗎？值得嗎？

如果我appeal, 一定要顧律師嗎？如果我appeal,後來可以改主意嗎？

最近很多事struggle, 這樣額外的開支，加上potential 保險上漲，真的吃不消。
