fire is different from layoff

1. Fire is different layoff
2. To be fired will hurt your future job hunting since you will tell why you leave the company or they will find it out from background check
3. Performance issue should have been warned in advance and have time to improve.
4. You need get a written notice indicating fire reason
5. Layoff is acceptable, fire is absolutely no.
6. You need talk to HR at first, and then EOCC...
