you take the baby out of country, where is his visitation right?

You sounded so fair to him, but truth of matter is you are intending to bring your kid out of country to live with you. Have you considered by doing this, you are in fact blocking all the rights that your ex entitle to the kid? Explain this to the judge, maybe the judge has some sympathy on you.
