朋友的妻子剛剛生產，胎盤未盡18小時才發現，導致低血壓、嚴重貧血。
懇請各位朋友幫忙看看算不算醫療事故，感謝萬分！

具體如下：

周四晚產後血壓一度降低到68/34，責任在於當值醫生離崗。胎盤未盡，造成產後失血，並持續18小時才找到原因止血。原因：一美國醫生朋友告知：

Pay close attention to item A. Attempt delivery only when the placenta is fully separated to avoid

pulling off a section of placenta from the wall of the uterus leaving the remainder attached, thus creating an open bleeding area in the uterine wall.

Also item E. Keeping an eye on the introitus for bleeding, conduct a complete inspection of the fetal and maternal surfaces of the placenta. This should take no longer than 15 seconds and is a critical step before requesting oxytocin or before proceeding to manage a heavy bleed or hemorrhage, if there is a problem. 太太的血紅素指標昨天是6，目前剛恢複到6.4。血壓仍然偏低，92/51。目前失血已經基本屬於正常產後宮血，但是非常虛弱。頭暈。
谘詢朋友，建議不要接受輸血。我準備盡量不輸血。
從周四早6點到目前，一共休息6小時不到，很累。。。。
打官司問題正在考慮，覺得意義不大。昨晚找院長反映了情況，今天有OB護士主動給我送來complaint 表格。
