學開車還要買保險？否則違法？第一次聽說。

兒子得到了學車駕照，想跟我或者到駕校學習開車，好通過路試。沒想到，被告知，沒有買保險不能學車，無保險學車違法。這是咋回事兒？咋辦呢？謝謝答複。
