1. 如我從國內進貨到美國賣。是否會有麻煩？這個專利公司可以告我嗎？Yes to both question. That's what patent protection is about - the right to exclude other!
2. 如我讓廠家稍微改變產品外觀，可行嗎？他們還可能告我嗎？ It depends. If the change is obivouse to one of ordinary skill in the art, the patent owner can still sue you.
