you have a big case:
1. if he didn't pay child support through the court system in the past, any payments are gifts to you. in other word, he owes you 9 years child support.
2. if you use the welfare system in the past,you get current month payment, any past payments go to state first. and then you get left over.
3. he should report his income.
3. don't contact and talk about child support issue with him. tell your lawyer everything. you ex is in the trouble.
