CRIMINAL GUILTY, Harassment - how to clear it?

I think my ex- is tracking me, because we will have hearing 2 weeks later.


Last month, I went PA for visiting my child.
My ex- insist on to let me sit around her. I am left, she is right and child is at her right.

At the end of movie, the screen characters upping while my left hand is picking big bag and right had with a candy big.
My child has left his seat.
Suddenly, she said "what you are doing?"
I said "What I did? I did nothing."
she said "what you are doing?"
I said "what I did?"
she said "If it is not you, who?"

She stop me and did not allow go outside.

It is dark, the light of theater is off.
Physically can not see clearly when the light off.
ex- did NOT say " I saw him touch her.
At that time, many people are moving outside.
No witness to say I am OK and she is right. The child has left the seat.
I was sitting at the sit, while my left hand is picking big bag and right had with a candy big. It is not possible I can touch her.
I can not touch her.

She asked the theater manager to call police.
The theater manager got two policeman here.

The police officer said "she said you touch her"
I aid "No,. Then, I explained what is the situation.
One of office said "The theater manager said you yielded to her"
My English is not good, I said "I said what she was talking", "Let me outside"


The police office said "I don't say you are liar, and I don't say she is liar"
If she is lie, testimony, she get trouble.

Then, she let me outside, and open a ticket to me and let me go.

The hearing will be next week.

It is absolutely not true. I did not touch her intently and even now I did not know where I touched.
My ex- said she can help me to clear it, after I explained it.
It is dark, many people was moving, my ex- did not say I touch her"

My purpose is clear this CRIMINAL record.

Dear friends, what I should do?
Hire a lawyer? My English is not good.
