Even your business is a LLC or cooperation, most SBA loan has personal guarantee that you as owner has persoanl liability to the loan. So if you file BK, you may need to file personal BK that will affect your whole life. You need to think about your personal asset.

You may negotiate debt by change term or interest that may give you more time.
