I work hard, like most of chinese people, I save money, although it's a small amount. Since me and my hu*****and are not in good relationship, I have my own bank account and wish to leave all my property to my parent legally in case of my death. I heard that doing a Living Trust will cost $1000s, I don't want to spend that much, can anybody tell me a cheaper way to leave my money to my parents legally? Thanks very much.
