Got a ticket of 21950 - Failed to yield to Pedestrian

5 cars were stopped this morning and includes me unfornately.

I am the last car of the 5 and only 4 polices were there. So the guy before me was so lucky and police let him go.

I am Los Angeles, CA. How much will the ticket cost?

Want to go to court and fight for this ticket. Any chance to win?

Anybody please advise. Thanks.

Drive more than 10 years and never get a ticket. Fist time. Too bad. Goverment is really deperate for money.
