We rented car from enterprise for a couple weeks.
Yesterday found out they chared money to my credit card both for insurance and rental fee. My own insurance covere the rentaled car also, I know we did not need additional insurance from enterprise before I go to rent the car. Since this is my first time I rented car and that guy only told me how much per day for the rental feen but did not mention to me any thing about insurance, he only told me to sign here, here and there like that and I am also in a hurry to go to work, So I just took it as the regular agreement on what he told me about the rental fee.
My questions is "since I did sign the contract, is there anyway to get my money back (total $450 on the insurance) on the trick the guy played on us?"
I would be very appreciate for any of your suggestions!
