we have one child. You may be right! the judge wonders how to live without income? I check the definition of gross income which seems to me that it is wider than that from tax department. the courtpart is worried about that if he/she wrote the income amount, it may affect his/her future some kind of application due to the bad record. I do want to put the case forward, so I even want to give one year's money which he/she should pay for child support, then he/she can give it back each month. The lawyer also suggested that I can write a receipt each month that means I got sth worthy of that amount of money to protect him/her. In addition, at first, the lawyer thick the minimum income was 900$ each month.
