Disregard what they've done to you or what you think they've done to you because it will not help you assess the situation objectively. I would say going to the court would be your last resolve, regardless how bad they've treated you. Maybe you should talk to a local labor lawyer to get some tips on how to negotiate with your employer rather than bring the lawsuit. You may have to pay several hundred bucks for the consultation, but in my opinion it may worth it.
