I have a friend she had

a ugly divorce. Her hu*****ad want to get out the marriage and don't want their only daughter. She doesn't want to divorce. He try to 協議離婚 and just want to pay 250$/month child support. She wanted 500$/month. He disagree. Then she hired a lawer and went to court. Finally, the judge decided he has to pay 1250$/month child support becasue it was him want to divoce and he makes much more than his wife. In order for the divoce to be finalized they have to wait one year to show that they still live separately. This is an expamle that wife usually get more benifit when she hires a lawyer on things that they disagree on.
