If only the $300 difference, i would suggest that you move on. Even for car repairs, $300 is nothing, really. You can afford accura TL you surely can afford to lose $300. It is definitely worth more to save time than this $300.

You did not mention the $1600 med bill i would assume it's paid by other party's insurance?
