That moving company " American Vanlines " was the one we chose to do our moving from OH to PA . We signed the contract and paid the down payment on the first day . And told the moving was scheduled the next day, on the Thursday afternoon .

The bad moving company means that moving company could not show up according to the time schedule , wasted our two days . All our appointments had to be changed in PA because we arranged to finish the house lease contract ,water , and the electricity ... by Friday . Now we cannot get there on Friday afternoon and have to look for the moving company which is available right now . If we cannot hold one and cannot leave OH by the middle night of today, it would be a big nightmare .

The other bad thing is that the driver r spent the whole day driving from Michigan to oh with a full load and arrived around 5:p.m. and found out his truck had not enough room for our stuff at all .


Just imagine we packed up all things and waited for them to pick up and then we could drive away for PA at once . Now we could not do any thing .
Why did the driver do that way ?

He said sorry that he tried to get more business and he didn't understand why his boss asked him to come down to oh and load our things with the information he already had a big load on the truck in Michigan . He blamed his boss too .

Then he said he would help us find other truck . He called his boss and they shouted at each other . . and told us he would not leave till he got his boss to find another truck for us . But when we went up stairs back to our home , that drive sneaked away .

We called the company to and forth for two hours . Nothing could be done .

That company promised they have good service and very professional team .. We gave them our trust . But they almost killed us with their service .

Broken truck and the dishonest driver ... ignore...
