The city is recently ranked the most unsafe city in the US. Most people live there are socially and economically disadvantaged people.

The ticketing system is very bad, it reminds you in samll letters full of screen that between this time this price babah, between that time that price blah blah., between this route this price blah blah, betwen that route that price blah blah...

I only read them roughly the first time, and the follwing couple of times I just went over the screen without reading them. That is why I got caught.

I decide not to argue because I'm an international student and don't want any trouble.
