請教一個離婚孩子歸屬問題

假如一個男子, 他的妻子懷了前男友的孩子. 他一點都不知道. 後來孩子長到6歲, 她和前男友兩人商量著要結婚. 於是妻子就來要求離婚. 男方不肯離.
請問,這樣能離得成嗎? 假如離得成,這種情況, 孩子歸誰?
