Charged with Misdeaminor of Assault and battery

老貓,幫幫我.
今天被我的老印經紀氣死了，我去他的辦公室取支票，他在michigan州，我住在windsor canada，大老遠的過去了，發現他少給我了７００元，一氣之下打了他幾拳，他報了警，可能心虛，在警察來之前，他又寫了７００元的支票給我，然後又打９１１跟警察說不用來了。可是警察已經來了，我告訴警察我沒有打人，他隻是想用警察把我趕走。 可是警察看見他頭上有紅印。要看我的手，我把手伸給他們看，幾乎沒有紅印。 警察好象有點同情我，但還是把我帶到警察局，給我張的Misdeaminor of Assault and battery Ticket。
問題，在法庭上我怎麽樣defend我，才能得到最好的結果。我不想留下任何記錄，以後我再去美國就麻煩了。
