時間限製

If you own a house, the insurance company will sue you for sure because they know you have money. If you don't have money, it's not worth to sue you. Maybe just ruin your credit.
他們必須在事故發生後一定期限內sue你，比如2，3年，要查一下具體幾年，否則就自動放棄了告你的權利。你在這幾年內不讓別人知道你有錢就好了，更不要買房子。
他們也許會找討債公司，不理之，煩的話你們可以換電話換地址。
