誠心請教， 能幫助這位小留學生嗎?

在多倫多，一小留學生與GF發生爭吵，被GF報警，已經拘留一星期。

該學生在加拿大無親友，我對他也所知有限(不知其家庭，也不知他現在是否仍上學，或在何處打工)

想幫他，但不知這有多少風險，萬一他出來後找GF麻煩，或者一走了之，擔保人會有麻煩嗎?
