I am questioning your intention to make this a topic. I am sorry to hear that your car was damaged. However, you just emphsize the fact that little kid is BLACK does not help. You did not even mention that you witness it or you heard from somebody else.

If you want to ask a legitimate question then ask. Offender's racial background does not fly very well with a lot of people.
