Thank you very much for your kind help. In addition to the probation term, what else should I take care? Immigration office will delay my 485 petition before my criminal record be expunged, no matter how lower the final charge (no jail time, no probation, no forced counseling, only court fine). Is my understanding correct? all these will help my attorney to choose the best option. I do not discuss the possibility of Pre-trial DV diversion program you mentioned to me before. I have several days to make a decision.
