Don't know AOS detail. For H1B without AOS:

1 現在我需要趕緊申請h4嗎？如果現在不申請h4，一旦我找到新的工作，需要做h1b的transfer的時候，從上一個h1b到新h1b之間的gap，會不會影響新h1b的申請呢？

You lost H1b in the last payroll day. By law, you must go back to your country or change your status within same day. The gap is 0. But sometime few weeks is OK. It is maybe.

2. 如果申請了h4，是不是transfer h1b就沒問題了呢，還需要去境外激活新的h1b？

From H4 to H1B is not transfer, it is apply a new H1B.

Are you the dependent of LD's 485 ? If not, add it.
