因為他的B.A.C (Breath alcohol content) was above .08 且已經達到 0.1,所以基本上他是legally drunk,因此他需要找律師處理他的案件. 特別是他隻有十天的時間向MVA要求一個Hearing來決定他是否能夠有限製的保留他的駕照,這是相關的資料
