Day care FSA is used for dependent care.

If you spent some $ on day care, like after school, you can submit the receite to FSA to get & back. It is for the parents who are working and can't take care of their kids. FSA is use it or lost it. if you don't spend it, you will lost it.
When come to tax time, 2441. I think you know the detail.
I think you will lost $2500. next time Add FSA after you get a job. Job change is a life event for changing FSA setting.
