可以有兩個公司同時幫我申請H1b嗎

現在有一個offer,不太理想,但是離回答的時候已經到了.如果這個公司已經幫我申請H1b,明年四月前又有別的offer,會對那個公司H1b申請有影響嗎? 謝謝
