吃了 passer school bus 罰單

今天去小學校接孩子，開車走到學校門口，在馬路的一邊停了大約有五，六 輛校車，因為當時學校還沒有下課，沒有學生出來，所以就沒有注意有沒有車豎起stop的牌子。眼睛一直在看馬路對麵有沒有停車位。（也可能其中有一輛豎起stop的牌子，我沒注意到）就慢慢開了過去，隨後就被警察抓住了。要下月上庭。請問上庭我該怎麽為自己辯護，才能免掉，或減輕罪責，因為我確實不是有意的，如果被定罪後果嚴重嗎。我在前三個月吃過二張超速的罰單會受影響嗎。謝謝了
