They will first do a survey and invite you to an price drawing events in Las Vagas on Nov 22,in Wynn hotel. Several days later, they will tell you that you won the 2nd price of 150,000 UDS......

They claim they are based in Hong Kong. I traced their web site, it is registered in GuangZhou
