yes, I did follow the no1 to 5. in fact, I showed up in board meeting twice to explain them why their charge is wrong. I also fax the proof letter my neighbor supplied to them and showed up again the 2rd board meeting. But after the 2rd board meeting, I got the letter from them to ask my to all the delinqency fee they added to my account and also the charge fee they added to my account a while ago. So today I called them to ask them what is going on. Their attitude is like if you don't pay the total, we will continue adding delinquency fee. Also the manage wanted to ask me to pay them delinquency fee(total $50) first, then they may wait next board meeting which is in Jan Next year to decide if they wanted to waive the charge or continue. I don't believe them anymore so I was thinking to sue them in someway.
