I thought if one wants to go back China long term, s/he should apply for US citizenship. Otherwise, lots of work to keep Green Card. (On the other hand, if one wants to stay in US, should keep China citizenship. Because one can become US citizen whenever; but difficult to get Chinese citizenship back.) I could be wrong.
